The Project Officer supports Program and Project Managers to create and manage the documentation and communications required in complying with the MLA project management process.  This role can be based out of our North Sydney or Brisbane offices.

About the Role
Gaining excellent exposure to the operations of our business and external stakeholders, we have a rewarding role for an experienced Project Officer to join our Research and Development team.  

Our ideal Project Officer has: 
•    The ability to assist in the management administration of Research and Development (R&D) projects;
•    Experience developing and maintaining project and program level reporting and recording tools, for example SharePoint and CRM;
•    Ability to develop terms of reference and projects in conjunction with the Program Manager, other staff, and stakeholders;
•    Demonstrated ability to liaise with key stakeholders, partners and contractors to ensure timely delivery of project outcomes; and
•    Ability to monitor and report progress against project milestones and budgets.
