About the Role

An exciting opportunity to work in the international markets team (IMK) in a key role, responsible for business development and marketing programs in the UK. Working within the EMEA team, the Country Manager – UK leads the strategy, development, implementation and management of in-market programs in the growing UK market. The role is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, driven individual to utilise leadership, creativity and strategic acumen to significantly contribute to the international growth of the red meat industry in a dynamic market full of growth potential.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Strong understanding of the Australian red meat industry and UK market dynamics.
• Strategic experience in developing and implementing effective marketing and business development activities.
• Exception stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to cultivate and manage a wide range of key relationships with industry partners.
• Proven leadership in driving team performance and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Solid experience in business operations, including strategic planning and financial management.
• Desirable but not mandatory – 8+ years of experience in the red meat industry or a related field, including 5 years in a leadership role with a focus on strategy and team management.
