About the Role 

Are you ready to dive into a role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on HR expertise? As a HR Business Partner, you'll be at the heart of our organisation, working within a dynamic, close-knit team. 

In this role, you'll partner with various internal business units to enhance their capabilities, offering invaluable HR consulting and support throughout the entire employee lifecycle.  

You'll also play a key role in strategic HR initiatives and projects, influencing the direction of our HR practices and contributing to our overall success. If you're passionate about making a tangible impact and thrive in a role where no two days are the same, this is the opportunity for you! 

No one day will be the same, but some of the tasks that you can expect to keep you busy are –  

  • Provide strategic business partnership & coaching to leaders to drive business results; 

  • Support hiring managers by overseeing the recruitment process; 

  • Manage and resolve employee relations matters; 

  • Provide support and leadership to a HR Officer; 

  • Manage the performance and remuneration cyclical activities for your business units; 

  • Support your business units in driving engagement activities; 

  • Ongoing Talent & Succession activities to support internal growth and mobility; and  

  • Work alongside the HR Manager in the development of strategic HR initiatives. 
     

Our ideal HR Business Partner has:  

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline, combined with demonstrable solid experience working as a HR Business Partner; 

  • Experience coaching and supporting senior executives to drive business results; 

  • Demonstrates knowledge and application of Australian employment legislation; 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
