About the Role

In this role, you'll partner with various internal business units to enhance their capabilities, offering invaluable HR consulting and support throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

No one day will be the same, but some of the tasks that you can expect to keep you busy are –
- Provide strategic business partnership & coaching to leaders to drive business results;
- Support hiring managers by overseeing the recruitment process;
- Manage and resolve employee relations matters;
- Provide support and leadership to a HR Officer;
- Manage the performance and remuneration cyclical activities for your business units;
- Support your business units in driving engagement activities;
- Ongoing Talent & Succession activities to support internal growth and mobility; and
- Work alongside the HR Manager in the development of strategic HR initiatives.
Our ideal HR Business Partner has:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline, combined with demonstrable solid experience working as a HR Business Partner;
- Experience coaching and supporting senior executives to drive business results;
- Demonstrates knowledge and application of Australian employment legislation;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
