This role requires native-level Japanese and business-level English to support our global collaboration and maintain operational excellence.
Our ideal Office Manager has:
- Native-level fluency in Japanese (spoken and written)
- Business-level proficiency in English (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent preferred)
- Proven experience in office administration or similar roles (3+ years preferred)
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
The successful candidate will be required to hold an appropriate visa/residency status for full time employment in Japan. For more information refer to the position description.
