About the Role
Join our digital communications team and contribute to world‑leading outcomes for the Australian red meat and livestock industry.
As Digital Content Coordinator, you will play a hands‑on role in delivering high‑quality digital communications across MLA’s websites and email channels. Working closely with content owners, digital specialists and external providers, you will help ensure information is accurate, accessible, engaging and aligned to the needs of our stakeholders.
This role is ideal for someone early in their digital or content career who enjoys publishing and improving content, and who is keen to build practical experience across websites, email marketing, analytics and digital platforms within a supportive team environment.
Our Digital Content Coordinator will:
- Coordinate and publish website content that is clear, relevant and user‑focused
- Build and send email communications and e‑newsletters to targeted audiences
- Support continuous improvement of digital content through testing and feedback
- Assist with reporting and analytics to understand content performance
- Contribute to the delivery of MLA’s digital strategy
Our ideal Digital Content Coordinator has:
- Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Basic experience using Photoshop or similar image‑editing tools
- A working knowledge of web content management systems (CMS)
- Exposure to email delivery platforms and digital communications tools
- Some experience using, or an interest in learning, CRM systems
- The ability to work independently while collaborating within a broader team
- Strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills
