About the role
As a Communications Specialist, you’ll craft compelling, high-impact content that connects Australia’s red meat producers with the insights, research and stories driving industry progress. You’ll work closely with internal experts and external stakeholders to translate complex information into engaging, reader-focused content across digital and print channels. You’ll engage directly with producers, researchers and industry leaders across the supply chain. This role suits someone who enjoys working across multiple projects and navigating complex subject matter.
Our ideal Communications Specialist is:

- Degree-qualified in communications (or similar)
What you’ll do:
- Write and edit high-quality content for publications, eDMs and digital channels
- Identify story leads and interview stakeholders across the industry
- Develop communications materials including case studies, presentations and campaign content
- Provide advice to internal teams on messaging, tone and brand
- Support delivery of campaigns, events and key communications initiatives
