About the Role
Gaining excellent exposure to the operations of our business and external stakeholders, we have a rewarding role for an experienced Data & Insights Manager to join our ISC team on a fixed term basis, initially for 18 months.

The aim of the role is to drive the delivery and implementation of MLA’s Data Strategy and to identify and execute enhancements from ISC and MLA data to deliver incremental value and new insights. Based within the ISC team you will be responsible for leading various data related projects across the business to support the implementation of the MLA Data Strategy.

Our ideal Data & Insights Manager has:

• Demonstrated ability to develop, execute and evaluate data strategy and projects
• Experience with agricultural data and delivering new insights
• Ability to navigate an organisation consisting of a complex technical environment intersecting with non-technical business orientated staff
• Strong strategic, stakeholder and change management capabilities and ability to work within a complex cross-functional environment to ensure successful project delivery.

ISC is a fully owned subsidiary of Meat and Livestock Australia (MLA).
